Contact Form

Your details, including personal data from our contact form, are transmitted to us via our own mail server for processing your request, further processed and stored by us. This data is not collected or passed on without your consent. Without this data we cannot process your requests. Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) GDPR.

Google Reviews (Trustindex)

On our "About Us" page, we embed our Google reviews via the service "Trustindex" (Trustindex.io). This widget is only loaded after you have given your consent in our cookie banner ("Accept all"). When the widget loads, Trustindex and/or Google may process technically necessary data and set cookies in order to display the reviews. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our website.

Social Media Links

Our site contains links to our profiles on Facebook and YouTube. These are plain reference links, not embedded plugins. Only when you actively click on one of these links do you leave our website, and data is transmitted to the respective provider if you are logged in there.

Consent and Right of Withdrawal

Where your consent is required for the processing of your data, we only process it after you have given your explicit consent. As a general rule, we do not process the data of minors and are not authorised to do so. You can withdraw your consent at any time via our email address (see Imprint).
