Feel like a really good fish for the grill or a snack, right now? At our self-service farm shop at the Geroldsmühle you can conveniently stock up on our regional specialities anytime.
In our farm shop fridge you'll always find freshly caught, and (especially from Tuesday onward!) freshly smoked trout, char and salmon trout – hygienically and safely packaged for you.
Here's how it works:
- Stop by and pick your favourite fish from the fridge or freezer.
- Pay however suits you: Simply drop the right amount into our honesty box, orpay conveniently and cashless with your debit card!
- Take your fish home and enjoy.

Want to stock up or planning a delicious meal for later? No problem! In the freezer of our self-service farm shop you'll find all our specialities gently frozen too. That way you always have the best Tyrolean fish quality ready at home whenever hunger strikes.
Our absolute insider tip: Alongside our fish, you'll also find Wassana's legendary dumplings here! Once you've tried them, you'll understand exactly why our customers love them so much. Properly homemade, hearty and incredibly delicious. Whether as the perfect side to fish or simply as a main course – definitely take some home and try them (fair warning: highly addictive)!
